I have just completed day 1....really helps to see how u improve as time goes on & how much money u save.. I will keep taking a day at a time!!! Glad I have this app!!!!
When the Cravings made my hands shake, Id reach for my phone and stare at my progress bars....Reminding me why I quit in the 1st place...
Been over 80 days since I quit. I like this app. I look at it occasionally and it reminds me why I quit, when I quit and for what reasons.
Gives you that little bit of extra help that you need.
Is there anyway to reset it if I do smoke another one?
The lung cancer, and heart disease percentages make zero sense, and are very depressing, should be removed as they are counter productive for positive thinking. The app is good for stats, numbers, counting, and tracking. Its handy after quitting, but not the reason quitting is successful.

This app really helps
I was using paper for 6 month, but found this to be very informative. Because I switched to American english. It show how much I saved in dollars but using a yen sign. Kinda confusing since I cant switch to a dollar sign.
valuable indicators and encouraging comments are very good. some Japanese translations seem strange. eg. key dates; 始めた → 喫煙開始、日付を終了しまΩ → 禁煙開始。details; 強 → 強さ、培地 → 中。

This app is making people quit smoke. But there is a little point that developers forgot. Should be more international languages.
