Its an ok app. Like the savings totals, it motivates me most. For the person who says the craving meter is "stuck", cravings are 100% for quite a long time for most new non-smokers. Thats why quitting is so hard.

This app is a great app and was very helpful in my quitting.I have now gone one year and still open it everyday to read the reasons to quit.
Downloaded fine, but cannot enter settings, constantly redirecting me to some game app on the App Store, and screen consistently freezing.
Highly recommended!
I like that it keeps track and is easy to adjust info. I dont like that it has just a little bit of info. Its not very helpful, just informative, and on a small scale.
Really motivating app, but only if youre really serious about quitting. Its my sixth day without cigarette and every time the craving is getting too annoying I take a look at my health status which makes me kind of proud

I have been smoke free for 30+ days. This app has been a big part of the reason why I am winning! In addition to using nic gum, I refer to this app daily to see my levels of progress and the daily pic. The daily pic is pretty gross some days but its a great reminder of why quitting was the best thing I could have done for myself.

Some of this is not backed by any health experts. Its just generic info on what is happening after you stop. How about adding healthy choices to up your life expectancy. Running, crossfit, weight lifting.... That would help.
I would like this more if they was a way to communicate with others going thru the same thing, Ill tell ya a good app is live strong, great people on there!

Good way to see how far youve come on your way to quitting by tracking # of cigs smoke, amount of money spent & # of hours gained by quitting. The five status bars enables a person to know what physical withdrawal phase they are in & organ recovery.
Great app, not overwhelmed by ads. I would like to see you add a sense of small and taste of food bar graph.

I use this in conjunction with a paid app and they are both very similar. I have been nicotine free for 5 days when normally I would cave by the 3rd day
This app is a great motivational tool for quitting smoking. Could be more interactive and some of the descriptions are confusing. But otherwise is a wonder motivator.
Works great and makes you want to stay quit.
Lot of fun. My trouble in quitting is that nrt is awful tasting. But I like not coughing from something that should never have been invented in the first place.
Everyday I review this app for encouragement and to remind me of why I want to quit. I quit smoking cold turkey and watching the stats on how my body is getting healthier while I honestly feel much better is SO helpful! Reviewing the pic on the menu is also a HUGE help because pictures dont lie and I do not want to have my body look like those pics!! Wish it would give me some kind of an alert or pop up during the day to help me with suggestions on fighting cravings. Routines are hard to break but that has been my biggest power so far to help with the cravings.
